Conditions of purchase

You must have the horse removed within 30 days of purchase. I need the space for other horses and as long as your horse is still here I can't bring in any others.

You must understand that if you purchase from me I have first buy back option. I don't care what the reason.

I must have full name, address and phone number.

I really prefere to talk with you by phone before I will allow anyone to purchase.

I retain the right to take the horse back if at any time it comes to my attention that the horse has been neglected, starved or not maintained in a healthy condition, at no charge to me.

I prefere a minimum of half down to hold the horse, if for some reason the sale is terminated, I will retain $100 for the re-advertising costs.

If you are from out of state, the coggins and health is $100 additional to purchase price unless it states other wise.

If you give a deposit or purchase on the horse and have not contacted me within 30 days or had the horse brought to her new home. You forfeit the purchase/deposit money and the horse will be put back up for adoption and I will not allow you to purchase from me at any time. I consider this abandonment and I am a rescue and I can not condone this behaviour.

Visits to my place are to be by appointment only, no drop in's we are very busy alot of the time and drop in's have been a problem in the past. Please be curtious and call or email me first.

If you come to pick up your horse in an unsafe trailer, I will not let the horse leave in that trailer.

Picking up your horses are between daylight hrs only, no exceptions. I do not have outside lighting and it's extremely unsafe. It's advised that if the horse is green that the trailer be a 4 horse open stock. I will let mini's and ponies go in a smaller trailer because of their size.

This must be copied, signed and mailed back to me before I will allow you to adopt.
