As I observe this guy, I flip the rock up to the light and he moves under the rock. So he obviously isn't fond of the bright light. Neither of them have tried to leave the rock, even with both sand and another rock to move to. One front view, one side view, on the side view he is on a flat section of the rock, not in any holes. Other guy is in a hole and is content to stay there. No food for 2 days, it is about 1/8" at the base

New picture taken 3 days later, you can see how the tenacles are now curly, he just ate some formula 2 so the green in the mouth is food. If you look closely you can see that a few of the tenacles are developing the slightest trace of white tips. I really like this guy and if he's harmless I would like to keep him. I have not added any new rock, I did purchase a new tank that came with some dead corals that I tossed in the refugium about 3 weeks ago. This guy was in the refugium.
I also have 3 flower anenome's (red, green and white) and one long tenacle (LTA)

Up close shot, you can see 2 on this rock, the bigger one on top and a smaller one on the bottom middle of the rock
